SUSTAINABILITY
Our house is almost 100% self-sufficient, thanks to the use of solar panels and accumulators.
For dull days a current generator is used or alternatively the power of running water to produce energy.
Help us to be even more sustainable:
-Divide the bin using the boxes provided
-Reuse towels more than once
-Bring your slippers from home, so we won't have to throw them away at every change of guests.

PARKING
There is the possibility of reaching the house with your own car, or you can use the Car 4x4 service.
Parking at 1 km in a safe area overlooking the lake.
4 * 4 car provided for customers at € 15 per day.
PETS
Your pets are welcome.
During walks, the Forest Guard suggests the use of a leash.

Air conditioning is not needed!
Here, in the hottest season, a few simple precautions are enough, such as: keeping the curtains closed during the day and ventilating the room before going to sleep.
At night the temperature drops pleasantly.
MINIMUM STAY
Stay: Minimum two nights. Why?
Two nights are the minimum time needed to start diving in this unique place, and we also want to have less and less impact on the environment.
The Longer You Stay, The Less You Pay.
ALPE CAVALLACCIO IS AN EXCLUSIVE USE PROPERTY LET SOLELY AS PRIVATE HIRE TO ONE GROUP OR BOOKING.
Alpe Cavallaccio is also available as a filming location or for private outdoor grounds hire.

RESERVATION and CANCELLATION POLICY
A 50% deposit by bank transfer is required at the time of booking as well as proof of the bank transfer. Balance is due upon check-in.
CHECK IN
All guests’ identity documents (children included) will be checked upon arrival.
Your accommodation will be available between 2 p.m and 6 p.m. Our staff will meet you. If your arrival is planned at a different time, we request at least 24 hours notice. For night arrivals (form 10 p.m.) we charge an extra € 20,00/h.
CHECK-OUT
You must check-out by 10.30 a.m.
ALPE CAVALLACCIO CHALET CANCELLATION POLICY
If you wish to cancel your reservation:
> free Cancellation up to 14 days before arrival.
> from 13 days before arrival your deposit will not be refunded
> in case of early departure 100% of the reserved stay will be charged.
PETS POLICY
We welcome your pets, however we charge € 15,00 extra per day per pet. It is forbidden to leave your dog unattended in the Chalet.
