The Fishing Pond

The lake is remembered as a place of recreation and entertainment for Baveno’s passionate fishermen and their families.
During late 1960s it has been emptied, becoming a frog pond.
In 2016, it has been cleaned, dammed and reconditioned.
Now an attempt is being made to restore the ecosystem of the past.
The spacious jetty, built with reclaimed wood, will be the starting point for unforgettable moments. Here you will be amazed by every little thing: the dragonflies dancing on the water, the rays of the sun caressing the pond, improvised candlelight dinners. All around, the mountains draw and define the world of the Casa, and therefore yours too.
